Also, DSL modems may need to be rebooted from time to time. If they stop working just unplug the power cord for 2 minutes then plug back in. If it still doesn't work you may need to restart your computer. If these 2 steps fail then give us a call, if it's after hours PLEASE leave your login name with your message and we will try and reset your circuit from our end.
